Strategy

 

  • Evaluate the savings potential of alternative rates, systems configurations or equipment.

  • Determination of service providers' options and actual constraints by law and current local and federal regulations.

  • Evaluation of all services and equipment to verify that charges are appropriate, and that services and equipment are necessary, functioning efficiently, and were in fact ordered by the client.

  • Examination of current rate tariffs to determine whether or not they are utilized in a manner most advantageous to the client.

  • Determine if refunds are due for past overbillings due to incorrect billing information, inaccurate quantities, and/or erroneous charges.

    Analysis - Telecom:

  • Analyze past and present invoices pertaining to services and equipment. Compare bills with phone company records and also with Client's understanding of what is in place. Consolidate billing where possible.

  • Compare contracts for service with billing ensuring the correct rate schedules and discounts are being applied to the monthly bills.

  • Scrutinize added features and services to see if they were ordered and are being fully utilized.

  • Conduct traffic studies to ensure the Grade of Service is appropriate for Client's present and future needs.

  • Compare present service plans with other plans from your current vendors, and from alternate vendors, to ensure that you have the best programs for your needs at the best price.

  • Inventory and verify phone numbers, services and equipment.

  • Provide bill management services upon request.

 

     Analysis - Utilities:

  • Analyze currently available rates and tariffs, comparing to Client's present rates. Identify where there may have been changes in your usage volume and patterns qualifying you for a more favorable rate.

  • Analyze past billing and usage histories for errors, overbillings and contract compliance issues. .

  • Check all meters for accuracy and compare with actual bill for each meter.

  • Verify efficiency of usage and equipment.

 


     Analysis - Solid Waste:

  • Check accuracy of billing against equipment size and pickup schedule.

  • Verify that pickups are made according to schedule.

  • Determine present usage needs ("right-sizing" of service) and compare with other available rates, equipment and pickup schedules.

 

     Analysis - Business Services:

  • Verify that current discounts and incentive credits are being applied according to contract.

  • Identify overcharges on past invoices and secure refunds.

  • Establish efficient practices that will result in best rates while fulfilling needs.

  • Compare present rates with alternate rate plans.
