Company

Profit Line Expense Recovery Services was founded in St. Petersburg FL in 1991 as one of the first full service telecom and utility billing analysis and auditing firms in the nation and has since expanded into many other areas of expense analysis and specialized project services. Since our inception we have helped over 95% of our clients contain costs in the areas of electricity, water/sewer, gas, telecommunications and solid waste and recovered millions of dollars in lost operating expense.

Profit Line Expense Recovery Services strives to lower expense budgets by verifying and adjusting all rates, services and equipment where possible. This is accomplished with no investment or risk on the part of the client. Profit Line Expense Recovery Services plays the role of an objective third party in reviewing your expenses, bringing a fresh set of eyes to scrutinize your rates and services. When it comes to your billing, we assume nothing and question everything. Service providers generally will not aid their customers in the renegotiation of contracts, reconfiguration of services or rate and tariff analysis. Profit Line Expense Recovery Services assumes this role for our clients.

Profit Line Expense Recovery Services has a successful track record in negotiating lower costs while maintaining the service provider/customer relationship. Our auditors and technicians each have no less than 10 years of auditing experience. This means that we have long standing relationships with telecom and utility vendors around the country, and a thorough understanding of the regulatory issues governing each one. We are able to transform this knowledge into more enhanced services, and more substantial refunds and savings opportunities for our clients.

With offices in California, Maryland, Texas and Florida we interact on a daily basis with a wide range of utility and telecom service providers. This allows us to provide expert service to our customers anywhere in the country. Our associates have backgrounds related directly to our business, having worked with such companies as NYNEX, MCI WorldCom, Florida Power Corporation and Waste Management.

Along with our full time staff of auditors, we have access to an extended team of utility and telecommunications professionals, many of whom specialize in certain areas of analysis or contract compliance and renegotiation. This gives us the capability of assembling a team of personnel customized to fit any project.
